If you die while inside the dinosaur in the last stage and are asked to continue,
select "YES" and the map will show the last white continue point. Select the last
stage, when it begins, press Start to pause the game, then press Select. You will
be warped inside the dinosaur instead of having to play completely through the stage.
To exit a level you've previously completed, press Start to pause the game,
then press Select.
