At the title screen, press L, R, and up. You should hear a rumbling sound. Begin a
normal game, when you reach the boss, you will be driving his car.
At the title screen, press up, down, L, R, then Select. You will hear an explosion.
Select the options menu and choose "MYSTERY MODE". You can now play the entire game
from an overhead perspective.
