At the title screen, press X, Y, B, A, X, A, B, Y, up, L. You should hear a chime.
You now have five continues. Alternatively, press X, Y, B, A, X, A, B, Y, up, R for
nine continues.
At the start/options screen, press down, A, down, Y, down, A, down, Y. A tone will sound.
During gameplay, press start to pause the game, then press up, X, down, B, left, Y, right,
A, L, R. Press Start to pause the game, then press Select to skip levels.
